I want to share with you guys that VOLKSWAGEN CAR COMPANY is one of worst car manufacturers I have ever seen. My friend owns a VOLKSWAGEN VENTO with registration number MH 43 AF 8650. Last Monday on the 10th of June around 6 pm his car knocked off near India Gate New Delhi. The poor chap went on calling Volkswagen for road side assistance at their call center number 18602581155 & 18001021155 with caller registration number 2514115133. Volkswagen did not provide any assistance and kept on giving false assurance that they will reach him in next 20 min. My friend was stranded till almost 11 pm near a notorious place like India Gate.

The story does not end here, the next day when my friend managed to tow the vehicle to a Volkswagen Authorized service center the center refused to do the work because he has fitted a CNG kit in his vehicle. I think Govt. should take some strong actions against the Managaing Director of Volkswagen India like they have done to the MD of Amway for violating rules of the Land. These GORAS think they can do away with any thing in India. In broad day light a foreign company (German) has not only violated the laws of the land but also foiled the efforts made by Indian Government and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India to increase the usage of CNG to keep pollution in cities like Delhi under control.

If any one among you is in Govt. Media, or practicing lawyer I think VOLKSWAGEN needs to be taken to tasks for doing this kind of BADMASHIS. If any Indian do such kind of non sense in their country they will immediately deport us with penalty etc, but here they do all kinds of nonsense and eventually get way with it.
