I'm using this car for 8 months and I'm in love with it. The pleasure of driving this German engineered beast is unmatchable with any car in this segment. If you want a driver's car with good space and German build just go for it. Mileage is 12 in the city and 16 - 18 on the highway.

Yes, the car is a bit overpriced, but it is worth purchasing. It has all the basic new-age features like front ventilated seats, a wireless charger, ambient light, a cooled glove box, etc. Besides that, it has best-in-class build quality. Even I was skeptical about it when I used to touch its roof, but the GNCAP changed everyone's perception. That said, build quality matters more than safety features, and Korean carmakers should keep that point in mind. In terms of mileage, my 1.0 TSI MT gives an average city mileage of between 14 and 17 km/l (depending on traffic conditions), whereas the highway mileage is usually 18 km/l and above (even during three digits). However, I'm extremely delighted to be the owner of this German beast! Kudos to VW India for bringing this product to the market.
