Improve fuel efficiency and look into customer satisfaction

Exterior is okay

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) is okay

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fuel efficiency is extremely bad 

Ride Quality & Handling Okay.

Final Words was very disappointed having selected the polo.i think maruti cars are much better in terms of being consumer friendly,i was mislead into beleiving that the car would give me a minimum mileage of 10 in the city and am getting only 7.after i told the sales excecutive who sold the car to me he never showed any interest,they have no responsibility once they have sold the car, dont recommend this car. i did research and left the maruti swift maruti desire and the ritz the 1 20 to buy the polo. the car is an expensive car the maintainence is higher compared to other cars,so the sales people at volkswagen should only commit what is right and not mislead the customers.
