Other car brands Focus on Royalty, but Toyota focus their customer loyalty.

The reason why I purchased this car is purely because of its reliabitity and highest resale value in the market. Before this Car I had an old Innova(2.5v) which I bought it in 2009 for 13 lacs and after driving it for 95 thousand KM, I sold it for 9 lacs in 2016, though it was in a very great condition. Coming to its riding quality, its very comfortable when you sit in it. This car is the best in its segment as compared to its rivals. After reading my review, I know few people might say that I could easily find a way more powerful nice looking car with way more features than Innova. But, guys Toyota is charging us for their good quality long lasting engines. A PERSON MIGHT GET VERY TIRED AFTER DRIVING THE INNOVA FOR 10 HOURS CONTINUOSLY BUT THIS ENGINE WILL NEVER GET TIRED. This is what Toyota charges us for. Other car brands charges us for their features. But, Toyota charge their customers for their Engine. Other car manufactures aim on royalty, but Toyota aim on customer's Loyalty. Arsh.
