Before and after sales is definitely good. Nobody would want to complain about the looks and we Indians are adjusted to Toyota family especially SUV type MUVs starting from Qualis, of course Qualis was also a beautiful car. The blind spot in Innova is is near the rear view mirror. The ground clearance isn't that great which makes the car slightly less viable for Indian roads. Overall a thumbs up for the vehicle..
