Totally unimpressed

 

Exterior Good looking.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Fairly avarage though spacious.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Not very impressive due to its soud and vibration. we indians are not looking for fuel economy only but have a class for value of money by not loosing the comfort for sake of saving.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Bumpy ride and less pickup. seems that the designer has considered only space and thought that we indians consider only fuel effeciency and nothing else. its a very poor model. i am totally disappointed.

 

Final Words Poor model and under estimated INDIAN BUYERS REQUIREMENT.

 

Areas of improvement The DEALER of TOYOTA are trying to encash the good will of company by showing their attitude and stubburn rudeness to customers thinking that as the TOYOTA products are high on mind of public and reputed they NEED NOT BOTHER ABOUT CUSTOMER AT ALL. This aspect is extremely visible at TOYOTA GALAXY, KOTLA MUBARAK PUR, SOUTH EXTN, NEW DELHI. I happen to visit the show room FOUR TIMES for test drive of ITIOS but all the times they mentioned that vehicle is not available and ignored request on one pretext or other. and now finally started saying that now they are not giving vehicle for test drive. if such attitude continue than it is certain that customer will stop buying vehicle from such vender and company will lose market as i have decided to take some other brad of vehicle due to fear of poor and unkind after sales services.
