The experience I had with Toyota from the day 1 (I saw the car for the first time) till date is amazing. The sale team is very friendly and professional and they are very prompt aswell. I was very much confused while choosing one between ALTIS and the Civic and took 3 months for me to conclude on ALTIS. Quality Engineering is implemented in the ALTIS in each and every corner. The sales person Mohammed (Hosur Road-Bangalore) was very friendly and professional even though he was knowing that I am buying the car from different location due to tax concern. When I went for the delivery, the entire TOYOTA managers and personnalls, each from all the department came and intruduced themselves and their department for future reference. And when I had a break noice problem and I sent a complaint (email) to TOYOTA and the response I received was Amazing. I posted the complaint in the late evening and and on the very next day 9:30AM I have got a call from the service department and they collected the complaint details and faxed it to the original location of purchase. The car was picked up at 10:30AM. The car was fully serviced, break issue was fixed and returned back on the same day evening. I consider this as a nice example for service excellence.
If any of you in this forum had a bad experience with TOYOTA (with any department), kindly report to TOYOTA directly by ccing an email to all other departments in all the regions. Since there is a competition with in the regions, the email will reach in the hands of highest authorities and action will be take.
