Avaerage Of Tata Zest Is getting 8.8 in pertrol

I got served by jalaram auto Surat. I complained about average for same to Mr. ANKIT that we getting 8.8 average in petrol ver he told to pay for same 1500 rs and I go for same and paid first of all he took videos and photos of 18.00 average but after reahing at my home I just ride for 10 kms in Tata Zest but re i got 8.9 average for same totally got fraud if u didnt solve will go for consumer for the same complain. Mr Ankit Number is 9099XXXXXX kimdly talk for same And dont delete this review actually I did for 3 time and its not showing. Hoping for action from Tata.
