    • Safe family car
My main motivation behind purchasing a TATA car was that I wanted to support the Made in India brand and was a huge fan of Late Sir. Ratan Tata. with safety also supported this choice. I purchased my car from Heritage Motors Thane and got a good deal. It was Jan month 2023 and I was ok with the 2022 model so this helped me get a good discount. Overall dealer was helpful and I also did my homework by watching a lot of YouTube content on PDI and other bargaining techniques. Coming to the driving experience, as this is my first car so cannot give a good comparison review but with whatever limited knowledge I have it's a decent car with good performance even in CNG mode. Comfort wise it's good for four adults. I like the suspension of the car and the steering is well balanced. Even on rough roads, it doesn't give a lot of jerk. Looks are sharp and I love all the Tata cars for their aggressive design. My car comes with a Leatherette pack which gives it a premium interior look. Easy to maintain as the grey color doesn't get too dirty. I drive mostly in the city and have no problem with narrow gaps or acceleration as required. On highways too it's sturdy and well planted especially when it's occupied fully. Service experience has been decent as sometimes they try to add unnecessary charges like rat repellant spray or anti-pest treatment, underbody rubber coating. Rest I am ok with the quality of service. Maintenance cost is usually around 2.5k for regular service. Pros: 1 Design is sharp and aggressive 2 comfortable to ride- good suspension 3 value for money 4 safety 5 good mileage Cons: 1 Three cylinders and its vibration 2 NVH level is a bit high 3 Space is less in the backseat

    • Terrible Battery
The battery is the worst part of this Car. Within 33,000 Kms the battery is completely done. The company refused to replace saying the warranty is only 18 months. Earlier owned Maruti cars and never experienced battery problems before 5 years or so. The attitude of the Dealership was also not good enough to give some feasible options. Worst to own this car.

I bought a Tata Tigor car two and half yrs. ago, whose color started to swell and crumble. I can't believe that how can a cars color be spoiled like this in such a short time. This is poor quality.

After seeing all the reviews and specs, me & my brother landed up buying this lovely bundle of joy. It has everything for maiden car buyers. Stunning looks, great handling, surreal audio, great space, impressive ground clearance, decent mileage compared to its rivals, Solid built, Low maintenance As we all know there's no perfect car exists in this world. it has its own cons which includes irresponsive acceleration in lower rpms, noisy cabin, poor NVH levels, difficult ingress & egress for old people, mediocre fit & finish.
