Firstly I am very proud to be an owner of Tata Tigor. Some were happy and some were disappointed. it's a good EV Car for a city due to limited mileage with traffic and not smooth driving. On long Drives With 75% battery usage, you get 145km to 160km without aggressive driving and no halting traffic. Outside charging is expensive, I have driven 22000km in less than 2 years but saved money when compared to diesel and petrol cars and I get the same comfort. I had driven all around south India with planned routes for charging stations in advance and never had a problem with the vehicle but in the city, I faced a problem with HV Alert Error thrice, Tata arranged to pick up my car and they took my car and rectified it. The Tata helpline does not have any solutions other than facilitating only taking your car to a service station and all responsibilities are on the dealer to service, the dealer is flooded with cars for service he has no time to test drive. I bought an extended warranty package. Which I took as additional protection for my car. End of the day to be honest it's value for money and instead of investing too much in an EV Car, of course, I don't want to be a complete critic but enjoyed every bit of my driving. We have to give time for Tata Company to take the feedback and find and fix solutions and the call centre responses have to be improved.
