Its been two years and I'm beginning to appreciate the build quality of the car more than anything else. Driven it mostly in Delhi traffic only but nothing much to crib about. Few plastic quality issues near AC vents becoming loose and more outside noise coming through the doors at high speeds (probably need to check the beadings and seals) but otherwise all is good.
Service quality is the only issue at the moment. I've visited the service centers often including for one minor accident repair and I would say the authorised service center was not upto the mark. Rather I would say it was very poor. They take longer time than usual to address issues but when done, feel like it is a bit incomplete.
This is what Tata has to do foremost if they are looking to retain the brand value in the longer run. There has been improvements but I would say it isn't sufficient enough. I would say that the sales personnels should be screened and trained well enough to handle these jobs to the extent of building the cars by themselves. Only so can we see Tata as a biggest threat to all car companies in India & the World.
