Great car. Very bad service.

The buying experience was satisfactory. Got it within 2 months as a confirmed waiting period of 4 months. It struggles during pickup mostly in traffic but rides very smoothly once the speed crosses 40. The ride feels premium and the interiors are great. The sound system is awesome. The service experience is very bad. It took me an entire day from 10 AM to 7 PM for the second service. The service advisor had not worked on any issues raised and handed over the car to me around 5 PM only after doing basic cleaning.
