The service and the approach of service center staff needs a very big change at TATA. I purchased a new Nexon and have always serviced it at TATA's authorized service centers. When compared to other auto companies the staff at TATA's service center was discourteous and simply inefficient. Handing over the vehicle for service was an issue - they claimed to pick up the vehicle for service but never did it actually; claiming their staff was just too busy. And the car was never ready on time after the service - 3 free services and 4 paid services !!
