Pathetic services by Oberoi Motors/ Tata Motors Dehradun.

Well i became the loyal customer with this company in October,2013, at last i feel it was my wrong decision i took it was better i could have gone for maruti suzuki.

reason behind it is the dealer in Dehradun...Hands up to oberoi motors for providing as usual bad services,,,,

Some awesome people names as follows:

Mr. Vipul service advisor-This perzson is always after the customer to pay for even a service which could have been covered in warranty.

I have always given my car to tata only for service and very normal some accessories like sony music player i have installed from outside for which this showroom has permit me to do so.

these outside connections  were given without touching the company main wiring still they say things can't be covered in warranty.

I must tell you about one more person Mr. Chauhan who plays awesome politics with customers,my complains he has never got them rectified he has refused and more often he only gives fake promises.

But ofcourse you can trust some people like Mr. ashish service GM, Mr. Sanjeev wadia, Vikash who is young champ from Tata company.

I feel now that more i would only trust Maruti car and would ask everyone to go for other brand, also i might continue for tata but not through tata motors.
