Beware of Tayal Motors, Faridabad !

Dear Readers,

I have bought a Nano-CX on 06.03.2011 from Tayal Motors FBD. But when I got a RC, I found that the model of the car is of Sepetember 2010. Today when I called them up to clarify this discrepancy, they bluntly said, " IT IS OUR CUSTOM TO DELIVER PRE-STOCKED CARS BEFORE APRIL-MAY OF THAT PARTICULAR YEAR ", which precisely means that if you not careful enough while buying the car, then Tayal Motors can even deliver a pre-historic car in case you are purchasing the same before april-may. Its horrendous!!!😱 I have even launched a complaint with the 24hours 1800 number that Tata provides, but I doubt whether at all Tata will take any action agaianst this. 

Readers, pls suggest me how to deal about the situation now.
