Not a Day to Day car. Too expensive after sales. Useless extended warranty.

Infotainment malfunction in 2.5 years. It is not covered in extended warranty. Repair Cost est. from service station 20k-60k. Exact quotation will follow after paying 2.5 k for courier charges. When checked online, it was a common issue with other customers as well and all were left hanging. Clutch plates wear off twice in 50k Kms. Paid service is minimum Rs 20k. Very high maintenance for a 20.0 lakh car. Have spent almost 1.0 lakh in maintenance in 3 years and still driving the car without infotainment as there is no place other than their service station where you can cross check the cost of repair. After sales is very poor and repairs at service stations are unnecessarily too costly. Got rid of it now and driving KIA. very user friendly and after sales are also professional and reasonable. At least half from TATA. General problem with TATA - Make a good product with a bad after sales team and policies. Only intention at service stations are to suck all the money they can from private vehicle owners since it is hard to suck from commercial vehicle owners. Same problem with Range Rover Discovery.
