Final Words

 I brought the RX5 last year and by the time I completed 10K kms, the vehicle had replaced clutch three times!! was a manufacturing defect and after a few prods the RX5 was replaced by RX7 (i paid the balance obviously)

I hope mahindra has rectified this problem!

The service center is however pathetic and mahindra should look into doing something about it if they need to keep their customers.

I am a PROUD owner of the rexton largely because of the excellent after sales support of the mahindra team and their help in sloving my problem with regards to the machine.

Areas of improvement  

I had problems from the time my first rexton was delivered by thre showroom. Such was the handover experience that I did not bother to go back to take delivery the next time, just had them drive it to my house.

They are not technically qualified to answer any queries on REXTON and cover up their ignorance by lying...

please please look into the training of your authorised service guys in kochi.
