Really awesome cross over & a perfect luxury cute SUV for a family of 4. I am in love with Yeti, I am really finding it difficult to think of any alternative for my lil beast. I hope Skoda india will continue service back up to Yeti. If Skoda can service effectively I will keep this for at least 3 more years.

Exterior
Exterior styling is good especially from front. From rear it looks boxy. Could have been little more Aerodynamically shaped.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Interior fit and finish is excellent and is at par with luxury SUVs like X1. Value for money. Even Fortuner, Captiva canot be compared. Does not feel tired even after driving long distances. Only discomfort is that the boot space could have been little more. I am not able to carry more than two big bags on a long vacation.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Very good pick-up. Smooth riding but a little stiff on turnings. Fuel is better than expectations when pick up is considered.
Ride Quality & Handling
Very safe riding and the vehicle sticks to the road at higher speeds. Very comfotable on bad Kerala roads.
Final Words
A very good SUV with sedan like comforts. But the pleasure of the ownership will subside when you start dealing with Skoda service center even for minor service issues. For me it was a minmum of four days even for a routine check-up. I don't know whether the service center has to be blamed for this or not, because they always blame Skoda for shortage of spares in their inventory. It is true that most of the time the vehicle has to be detained by the service center for want of service spares. In my case I own this vehicle since March 2012 (30 months) and the vehicle was with service center for almost 03 months in total (10% of time of my ownership).If you are owner of single car and if that one is a Skoda, then you had it for sure. I don't understand why Skoda cannot improve their service attittudes. A nicely engineered product is spoiled by horrible after sales service. I will never recommend a Skoda for any of my friends or relatives.... for "enemeys", defenitely I can give a thought.

Aerodynamics in shape, Boot space and above all the attittude in afetr sales service giving some thought to customer needs... for God's sake

Exterior Smart looking SUV, not all will have one. Very different from its competitors.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Good for 5 adults, leg room is also decent. Boot space could have been better.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very torquey engine, best quality drive at high rpms. Around 12 in city & 14 on the highway. Very solid build quality, feels like a tank from inside. Gearbox is smooth enough comapred to other SUVs.
Ride Quality & Handling Ride quality is excellent on highways but not great in city traffic. Car halts at low RPM & required continous shifting of gears in traffic conditions. Music quality is superb, inside plastic quality is value for money, much much better than any other SUV's in the market. Very bulky car, solid build quality. Suspension is at its best when you are at high speeds
Final Words Good small SUV, very good for off roading.

Exterior Exterior r good, looks musculine . cornering effect of fog lights are marvellous.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) plush interior, comparable to any topend cars. rear center seat is cramped due to rear A.C vent . really a problem. vanity mirrors r good. dimmning of inside rear view mirror and right side external mirror r really effective. but left side external mirror dimmning is not provided, Hill hold control is really good.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Very goo so far. milage is superb.
Ride Quality & Handling Good, no vibration, very smooth. really like it.
Final Words Very good overall crossover.
Areas of improvement They should have given bluetooth and navigation facility at such high price. they defatured their vehicle for indian market. i dont know why??? such as they have deleted left side back view mirror dimmning, rotation of this mirror towards ground while reversing the car etc etc. Rear A.C vent could have been shifted to the roof.

Areas of improvement Appearance should be improved, Rear Seats should be developed for comfortable sitting for 3 persons. Overall Yeti is a Perfect Car as well as SUV both for Urban & Rural Places. But, the most problemetic thing is Service. Local Dealer is very bad, talking rough, & no support.
I had purchased Elegance 4*4 & met with an accident on highway, Dealer made false by making normal Insurance after recieving amount & commitment of Add On.
Now the insurance Company Bajaj is also not responding. So Beaware all Skoda Purchaser car is good but what would you do having condition like this, Just Spoiled Rs.20lacs.

Exterior Love the styling of body/shape. Very unique and elegantly designed. Like new car models, this is yet to be accepted by car-lovers in India. Once accepted, this will be a big hit.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Feature rich, all important features are covered. Easy to handle. Good for a family of five. Sufficient leg space and good front seat position, a la SUV>
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Peppy engine, good pick up. Getting 16+ mileage on diesel.
Ride Quality & Handling Ideal for Indian roads, pot-hole filled and speed-breaker rich! ON highway it is a beauty to drive.
Final Words Budget-permitting, reco all prospective buyers to check out this beauty before finalising plans. I checked out the entire range of SUV, in 10-20 Lac. Couple fo close friends @SriniKay ( BS Motoring) also strongly reco. Great car. Wife, teenager-son and I love it. (dog enjoys the drive too!).

Exterior When you look at the yeti,looks good form the front but the rear some might find it a bit quirky.it is a compact SUV but still looks good and to mention its height is smaller than a nano.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) This is the most perfect place to be in any Skoda car,its is luxurious from inside and from every bit,the speedo dials are big and easy to read and big alphabets for the MID.the fronts seats are really comfortable and you won't feel tired after long drives.the quality of material used is excellent and the steering also feels good to hold.the car is good for 4 people but a 5th one would be an uninvited guest.the boot also is fairly large.even the diesel clatter is not felt when the windows are rolled up.as soon as you engage the reverse gear the music player screen will show the car nearing to obstacles(only sensors not a reverse camera) because of the parking sensors.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The 2.0L TDI engine is bloody powerful and the turbo lag?? what's that? the turbo lag is absent and the car moves in pretty linear manner,revving at 2.5k-2.8k RPM would definitely give you a sudden push at the beck seat and the car zooms like a rocket.the fuel economy as mentioned by the MID was 7L/100km which is pretty good for a car of this size in city traffic. The gearbox also is slick and good to hold,and to add you can also change the gears with you single finger,it is so smooth
Ride Quality & Handling The ride quality is very good and the potholes are not even felt,the car just glides over potholes.the handling also is mind blowing for a compact SUV,the body roll is extremely less considering the fact the SUV's do inherit the body roll feature
Final Words A great and luxurious product from SKODA with good FE and perfect city car,though nothing can be as easy as a hatchback but the compact SUV is also easy to maneuver

Exterior Looks are subjective, but I personally love the design.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) It looks a little small but it is decently spacious and comfort levels are good too. Just don't compare the price to the size.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The engine needs getting used to as it has a different flywheel setup, which makes it very easy to stall. Once you get the hang of it, you'll love how torquey the engine is. The gearbox is smooth and slick. Fuel Economy is awesome too! I get close to 15 in city driving conditions and 18-19 on highways. Most SUV's don't even manage 12 kpl in city driving conditions.
Ride Quality & Handling Perfect for an SUV. There's barely any body roll. The ride is a little stiff but it is more than just acceptable. It is actually a little better than my Fortuner.
Final Words: Go ahead with the Yeti, as you'll love it! If you don't compare its size to is price, the Yeti offers the perfect blend between a hatchback ( small-car), a sedan and an SUV. Things such as boot space are more than adequate. Go take a test drive and be prepared to be blown away.
Areas of improvement: Aftersales Service. Skoda really needs to look into the service it offers. It isn't bad, just that it isn't good enough for what you pay for their products. So far, I have been satisfied with them.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior is dam good i am really impressed with the interirors but not happy with the space for the person seating in middle becoz of the ac vent i think there should be little change in design regarding this may be the ac vent should be on top , boot space is really huge its a copact suv so people looking for seating arrangement for 8 people or 20 people then pls donot buy this car buy a truck or may be fortuner :) the ground clearence is 185mm which is sufficient i feel as rest of the suv will be having little more ground clearence.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is good as I took a test drive and took it to really bumpy ride as its not difficult to find bad roads in india and it was good, I had no problem handling the car it was all nice. Cant say much fuel economy as I dont own the car hope its good as the company is really boasting abt it. so people who owns it can tell u better about the fuel economy.

Areas of improvement The rear seat may be little improved so that 3 people in rear can seat properly. may be the ac vent should be switched to roof top so that little more space could me made or car clould be made little longer so that person seating in middle have little more leg space.
