Defective car + Very bad & ignorant customer service

We bought the new Skoda Superb L&K TSI AT in 2016 in the month of April from Tafe Access, ST Marks Road Bangalore We loved the looks of the car and assumed Skoda to be a premium brand and hence went for the luxury car under them. The car started giving AC problems within the first two months and even after multiple visits to the service center, the problem could not be solved. After a year of suffering we managed to get the AC compressor changed. After 2 years we encounted a battery problem and we were stranded in the middle of the road. After calling the Skoda emergency services, they asked us to change the battery. We found the nearest available battery provider and got the same changed. When we gave the car for its third service, the mechanic says the battery has leaked and has spoiled the inside mechanics of the car. Though it was not our fault as it was the job of the Skoda emergency services to provide us with a new battery which they didnt, yet the company has charged close to 2.5 lakhs to repair the car and we are deeply saddened by their service. Though Skoda makes good cars, a defective car with AC compressor problem and with their bad service with respect to the car battery replacement has left us regretting our choice every day . We have filed a lawsuit against Skoda India for the experience we have had with the Superb. Request all prospective Skoda customers to take a hard look at the brand and look for an alternative to Skoda cars. Thank You . Regards Tanuj SJ.
