I was buy skoda octavia on march 2016, from 4th april 2017 my car was with skoda service center baroda due to engine fail, my car run only 22000 km and engine was fail, now company say it is your mistake we are not resposibal for this.
We are very unsetisfied from this company and them staff as well as after sales service.
I have purchase Skoda Octavia Auto from your authorized show room. From the date of purchase to till this date, vehicle facing small to big problems at regular interval though I am regularly servicing my vehicle only at your authorized service center. I am really disappointed with this kind of working condition of my vehicle.
After just 22,000 Kms of run, I got problem and handed over my car at Baroda authorized service center and till this date it is with them only.
After very long time they said me your car’s engine was fail.
I am very very disappointed with all this and my questions are.
(1) How engine failure in small range of Kms. run is possible in this car?
(2) How its possible in a such type of vehicle that small /big problem arising at some regular interval?
(3) Doesn't having any warranty for new one?
Dear sir even small family car run smoothly for near about 1,50,000 kms.
Above all mentioned problem clearly indicating that from the date of purchase I got vehicle having malfunctioned engine.
I am very much disappointed with all these issues.
3rd class car in world, after sale service and woranti is just for talk not for customer.after sales service and woranti is just for paper not for customer.
