I bought the Skoda Fabia Ambiant car in Feb -2010 from Tafe Access, Bangalore. As per the seclude the first service was due on Feb 2011. The car was left at the showroom as the service center is very far. Thou the car was for a regular service they took three days to say something. The reason for the delay was the fuel pump was found fault and same had to be replaced in the warranty. It was shocking when I went to service center surprisingly to seen the delay. They had met with an accident and the tinkering and painting job was in the process without our knowledge. Great difficulty I had to get the car out with just a letter for the damages done during the service. After this I had several calls assuring the care and service in the future would be taken at top priority. My 2nd serviced was due in Feb 2012 and I left the car personally at the serviced center thou it was very far. I got my car back on the same day. As a routine the extra wheel, jack, tool kit were checked. After 3 months when I opened the bonnet for cleaning I was again shocked seeing the engine cover was missing. There is no proof for the same. The service center is very carless and rude. The car has not gone anywhere else for any sort of a maintenance after the 2nd service. This car is very much a self driven car. The car meters 4500kms for 2 years. Overall the Tafe Access Service center is very very very bad place to service our cars.
Exelent car, Comfort of driving is out of the world.Worst servicing, Tafe Access worst pale to service, parts go missing. rude behaviour.
