Pathetic!! I regret to have bought Fabia

 

Guys please check the dealer. If he is really trustworthy only then put your foot forward.

After doing so much research on which car we should finally buy, we opted for Skoda Fabia Elegance Petrol, and here are we today regretting for the same.

Think twice before you buy.

After sales service from Skoda is pathetic.

From day one there is some or the other problem but no one to rescue.

• CD player - Not working since the delivery.
• No teflon coating was done.We had to resend our car.
• Pathetic noise from engine.
• Head lights were not aligned.A new brand car should have been smooth.Felt like a used car.
• After a long drive noise from front right wheel after immediate turn to left@ the speed of 60 - 80 /km.
• Executive unavailable every time we face problems.
• Incomplete set of matting done in car.
• Cost of rear speaker was told to be Rs.6500 of Pioneer and was found to be fixed of Sony worth Rs.1600.
• Guys do not ask for corporate discount.Instead avail that discount and get things fixed on your own of better quality.We were given corporate discount and rest of the amenities which were suppose to be free were adjusted in the same discount that too from a local supplier.

Its been a month we have bought the car and instead of being happy about it we are helpless.

The brand for which I had passion for a long time has ruined my confidence on them with this experience.

 

I am feeling completely cheated by Skoda and do not know what to do with my car.

So, request all those who plan to buy Skoda to reconsider their decision and ensure they have adequate reasons to buy.

Instead go for i20. The best sales service from Hyundai makes you feel worth it!
