Service is very worst

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)  USB in Audio is missing.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good.

Final Words Service is very worst.

Areas of improvement Taking too much time to delivery a car if given for body shop work. The service and accesory market is not upto the mark. I met an accident on July 2013 and given the car to Khivraj Mount Road Chennai for Bodyshop. They took 2 Months to deliver the car for the simple work. They repeatedly told the reason for the delay is parts are delayed because of factory fire. After repeated calls I was managed to get the delivery after 2 months. But now I am facing another problem, now it is battery. Given to Khivraj Perundugi, Chennai for the problem.  My Car make is Dec 2012 and just driven 2500 KMS. After sending the battery to Exide Serice centre, they noticed that Battery is of 2011 make, so warranty will not be covered. Don't know whether Car came with that battery or Khivraj Mount road had changed it during period which i had given for body shop work. I was not given the battery warraty card during the time of car purchase. I don't know whom to be blamed. Now I realized why i had gone for Renault.?..
