Within a purchase of 22 days, my pulse met an accident from back side. I deposited my car to the dealer from where I purchased it. Its been 1 month and 18 days, and still my car is repaired, and the reason they give is shortage of parts. n 25 days back, they committed to delivery my car as they are going to recieve parts by air. n customer service people knows just one line. We regret for inconvenience.
And on top of that they asked me have I payed roadtax, just with the delivery of vehicle, I provided the whole amount and Renault people after 1.5 month haven't deposited my raodtax.
Even Registration No., earlier they told us that we have applied for your number, and we recieved your required no. Later, they answer we didn't get your number too.
I would suggest not to buy Renualt cars, they handle people considering them to be fool and they just pass mails and have a tagline We regret for your inconvenience.
