I made a booking for Pulse Diesel car on 25/12/2012. In Dec 12 sales rep called me and said if I pay the full payment in the same month then I can escape from the price going to be hiked in Jan 13 and also he promised me to deliver the car immediately. Believing his words I made the payment :( :(
I asked for the deliver by 14/1/13 they promised for that. I have taken off and went to my native (Pondicherry) from Bangalore. After reaching only I came to know that even show room is not opened itself and the vehicle is not allocated for me. Even before I leave from Bangalore I called to the sales rep he said they will be able to deliver the car by 17/1/12. It was a great disappointment to me and my family. I raised a complaint in customer care 179437777. They responded to my issue after 1 week.They promised to deliver the care by 10/2/2013. But till date no one has contacted me regarding the registration formalities. Now the sales rep is asking me to pay the hike price also and not conforming on the offers what he promised to give earlier. I don't know whom should I contact to escalate this issue. The response from customer care is very poor.
