Renault Kwid has been the best selling car in the small car segment for years now. I booked one through the mobile app in Oct 2015 and got it on 6 Dec. 2015. And since then I have driven it for more than 25000 kms. Long distances, high altitudes and extreme wheather has been no problem yet. Good mileage and good looks, interior or exterior are the real pros but as far as cons are concerned the 800 cc engine makes a lot of noise and feels under power when the AC is on. It also has some silensor problems. The ground clearance is good but the gear feels hard sometimes. Braking is also not very good. But one can say that in the small car segment it is far better than the Alto800s and many more.

1. Buying Experience. The experience was quite good at a time of purchase, and till you buy the the experience is definitely going to be decent. 2. Riding Experience. It is a small car with engine of 0.8 lit to 1.0 lit. And the power is as usual low. It's my daily driver for around a year and I have driven approximately 17000km. The power is decent in its class, milage was quite good. The problem is with the infotainment system and the door panel. The quality is not that good. Another thing to mention is the space in rear cabin is sufficient for two adults and will not comfortable for three adults or two adults and one child. Quite nice to handle and within that price range it's a better one. 3. Look The car has decent look but for that the company left completely hollow door, sometimes it feel like the metal sheet is going to bend quite easily. 4. Servicing and maintenance. It doesn't cost too much to your pocket. The charges are around 2800 to 3300. Even some bike cost more than this. 5. Pros 1 easy to handle 2 milage 3 value for money 4 less service experience 6. Cons 1 built-in speakers 2 door quality 3 rear cabin space 4 engine noise

The buying experience is worst, the service experience is worst, from the first day of purchase car giving lots of trouble battery is going drain regularly from the first day of purchase, Never want to suggest anyone this car, as service experience is also not good as compared to other service providers

The vehicle was cost worthy, but the after sales service of the vehicle was very poor.. i bought the vehicle in Anamallais Motors Pvt Ltd, Pollachi and the after sales service was very worst ... they need money but for an irregular service.. there is no response for customer compliant ..

I had purchased a renault kwid RXT Opt model in July 16 run about 25000 Km only. I had many bad experience on sensor failure and sudden break down. Please beware before purchase Renault car. Service is at poorest.

Buying experience: Buying was good.. They tell all things so u buy it
Riding experience: I own 800cc, which has very poor pick up... Very different to ride in traffic
Details about looks, performance etc: The only plus about kwid is look... Apart from that u spent more in service
Servicing and maintenance: Service center is very very poor. I am in Chennai and there are only 4 service centers... U need to wait at least 1hr a technician to attend u r call. And he talks to you like a government employee with no respect...... I have been using kwid for 3 yrs.. When ever I leave for service they come up with some problem with my car and ask me to change the parts and bill me at least 10k. Last month I completed 3yrs and after learning for service they called me and told the AC is not working properly so they need to check and billed me 2.5k for gas refilling. But when I drove to service center before it was working properly... I had these kind of expensive more than 2 -3 times....
Pros and Cons: Pros is only the look.. Cons Very poor quality. The metal and plastic is really very poor quality.. Maintaines is very high... Service center is very very poor...

Looking like SUV. Performance is also better than Alto, k10,celerio Dutson go.maintenance is comfortable compair to santro, tiago.finally in small budget, big , looking nice kwid.

2. Riding Experience. Very low mileage. Mileage getting only average 10 kilometers per litter. Engine pickup too too low. After three years battery failed. Only thing driving comfort good. Good lug space and ground clearance. But lack of mileage and very poor pickup causes great concern and prevent me for long journeys.

It is so good car at lower budget. It is also best of middle class family. Looks also very good. I suggest to all please buy this car. After 1 year kwid top 1 position in lower....
