I bought Renault's Fluence in April 2013 from Renault Delhi West and within a matter of 2 months I have started facing serious issues with their after sales service. While driving the vehicle in the last rains supprisingly my car's dead axile got damaged and I had to call for the company's service vehicle to help me with the problem. No doubt their service vehicle came on time but i was informed that the axile needs to be replaced and so i sent my vehicle for axile replacement on 9th July 2013.Since then my car is in the company's workshop and till date the workshop representatives tell me that they are yet to receive the new part from the company's factory. It is shocking to note that the car which was launched years back does not even have a proper service support for the customers. Further I also noticed in the company's workshop that not less then 20 more vehicles are dumped there solely because of the shortage of parts. I drove the car only for 1782 kms and now my brand new car is dumped in the workshop till now. Now I feel that I have wasted my money in this vehicle and having such a bitter experience I very strongly suggest that if anyone is thinking of buying this vehicle then they should at least wait for a couple of years more till the time their after sales service improves else you ll regret the fact of wasting your money and being associated with such a company.
