REGRET BUYING A DUSTER : REVIEW AFTER 1 YEAR

 just about satisfactory

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)

 Ineffective AC, cheap plastics and dashboard, even the airbags are old fashioned SRP not SRS, extremely pathetic after sales service, 2+2 year warranty on papers only -waste of time & money. 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox

Lag in the engine & with four passengers on board it drives like a overloaded truck, Kpl claim over 20, achieved after 18 months of driving is on highways 13 kmpl and in city 11 kmpl. Pathetic- must sue the company for false claims of milage 

Ride Quality & Handling

 just about satisfactory.

Final Words

I will NEVER Buy  A RENAULT PRODUCT AGAIN in my life.  Regret buying the same

 

Areas of improvement  

AC, engine, After sales, milage,Interiors, Air Bags and above stop selling EU discarded products in India. The 3 free servicing claimed by the company are actually heavly paid - at an average, the cost of servicing is about Rs 6000 per visit. The advertisments are misleading.
