Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Comfortable, Cabin Sound is High in RXL Model, Plastic quality is very cheap, mirror adjusting nob at very uncomfortable position & AC, Music system and other nobs are of verse than Alto or Tata Indica. Thus, we cant even call is Indianized Dacia.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Diesel RXL maked quite a of noise, Petrol not available for test drives. Substantial Lag from 2nd to 4th Gear. Thus, uphill task drive might be difficult.
Ride Quality & Handling Steeering Operations OK, Heavy Clutch (Thus Duster is not eligible to be compared with Sedan), Gears system looks smooth.
Final Words Duster have been launched with a big bang in India, French Major Renault, like its earlier launches have yet again goofed up on this Launch, Service network was pathetic, ok, but commitment levels on delieveries have learnt are worse. I booked an Car with a commitment of 3 months delivery time, over the phone, while I went for booking, I was told it is 4 -5 months, and I am calling to check has the deliveries started and I am shocked to know "Sir, you may get the car in 6 - 7 months probably, by January or February 13. This is something out of the question and not at all a sign of Multi National Auto Major whoc is struggling to set right Indian operations.
