Clutch Problem - Dealer Not Attending Properly - Parts Unavailable

Exterior OK.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) OK.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine heats up on a gradient, my clutch assembly needs replacement but the dealer (Ichibaan, Mumbai) keeps saying that the parts are not coming from Nissan, Chennai.  They are extremely unprofessional and I have to keep calling them for updates, and they keep de-committing on their date. Bottom line...my car is lying unused since 3 months and no solution in sight.  This is ridiculous considering that Nissan is so reliable in other countries.

Ride Quality & Handling OK.

Final Words Service SUCKS!!! They will be out of this country if they don't get their act together.  There is so much competition in India for cars of this size and segment. And the fact that Nissan is not getting simple things right is very very very disappointing. I'm glad that I also have a Toyota and a Honda otherwise I would have been left without a working car for months. This car is lying in my garage since the last 3 months.
