Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellent if the owner uses fully synthetic oil helix/shell/mobil oil is expensive but keeps the engine in excellent conditions as my car gave me an average of 16-18 with ac in mumbai city traffic its an 2008 model.
Gear box oil be changed after every 10,000 kms as u need to change gears if its a lady driven car
Ride Quality & Handling Use d car as you maintain oneself.
Final Words Excellent car but now its the time to be in diesel variant also with a swift diesel engine.
Areas of improvement Interiors dashboaris d doors should be of wooden finish without paying xtra cost all variants should be fitted with audio/mp3with dvd comaptible ur mobile connectivity in d car it should not be sold as a taxi yellow/black/coolcab/"T" PERMIT CARS

Exterior As we all know, no one buys it for looks, they have try to change extirior but still look boxy. look is ok.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine bit laggy as we all know, company cng costs more but fuel economy is ok. parts are of poor quality, in less than year time axle started noice, company did not cover under warranty, asking for about 5000rs for changing, only 15000kms and axle gone. maintained the car best possible, only company service & all in time... searched on net, many maruti customers are facing such axle issue, but company not ready to cover under warranty. Really dissappointing. My old zen did not faced such issue in 1lakh kms.. sounds like toy car for 4.5 lakhs. Better go for honda or toyota.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Low Sitting Space. Company Says 5 seater but actually it is 4 seater.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Excellant Engine Performance but Fuel Economy is very low.
Ride Quality & Handling Excellent.
Final Words Would suggest for giving focus on suspension system because when 3 persons sits on rear seats please notice that overall carriage / frame / console carrying weight touches the tyres. Please also notice that Tyre are also very small with very very limited upsizing option.
Areas of improvement Suspension, Mileage, Space, Tyre Upsizing, Sounds & Noises as soon as car is moved on diffrent road / path. Indian Roads changes every km so noises from rear side comes. Please focus on this issue. After mu driving of 32000 km, my car has gone for rear shocker change also.

If we travel in a car, 3 features are very important to be enjoyed/experienced over the entire duration of travel i.e AC, Power steering and Seating comfort. Rest of the features are only required/operated for few moments.In Wagon R and Zen Estilo Rear seat comfort is totally missing. Other features are good . Space in rear leg room can be increased.

Final Words
Finally I dropped purchasing this vehicle after seeing the back seat comfort which is very essential for the entire duration of the travel. Hope Maruti will do needfull.
Areas of improvement
In Rear Seat the angle of seat shall be improved/matched to front seat angle , the breath of the seat can be increased.
Everything is good except rear seat comfort.Rear seat comfort is very bad.

Exterior A good inclination of roof from rear to front. Stylish head lamps. Front bumper would have been better.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) This is a complete car w.r.to features, Leg Room and Head Room are awesome best in class, Boot has been reduced than it's predecessor. Dirving comfort is good not up to the mark, need to check in long runs. Front seats are not ergonomically designed.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox With AC at 2k rpm lags the power the rest are excellent. Need to check the Fuel economy(just run 200 kms), Gear shifting is made easier than earlier and even the gear ratios are good for city driving.
Ride Quality & Handling Handling and Ride quality are the things should Maruti work on Wagon R. It's improved than the earlier versions, but the gap is yet to be filled.
Final Words This as said earlier is a complete car (Wagon R VXi). Excellent for city driving conditions and best in class comfortable car.

My family bought this car on 5th may 2012.
CNG capacity
The CNG that comes in is around 8kgs max in summer ,but at one night i am able to pile 9.1 kg in the cylinder.
Mileage
Intially it gave me a mileage of 22-23 with ac this has now increased to 25+ as the car is nearing 9200+ kms with in 5 months.
On highway the most extreme mileage it gave me was 80 kms without ac in red indicator column(Cng in resrve which I think is not more than 2.5 kg) i attained this mileage by constantly driving at a speed of 70km/hr on jp expressway agra (12 of august2012 ), we were two occupants in the car at that time me n my father
I just figured that the mileae drop from ac to non ac is quite noticeable and so does the performance.
Maintenance cost
I recievd a bill of Rs 823 on second service for alignmnt and balacing of wheels I am yet to see the 10 k service and the 20 k service BILL of this car
In the end
It is a great city car and not bad for occasional highweay drives. I bought this car as it is the only car that is offering a warranty with option of 80k/4years on car and kit both nad with an exceptional mileage.

Exterior I feel nobody likes exterior, I got nauseating feeling when I finally decided to buy this car because of budget problems.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Comfort is good back seat may accommodate 3 persons of average size.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox oor pick up with slowing down when air conditioner is switched on and acceleration when it is switched off. Fuel economy is not so gret gives 11.5 kmpl in city both a.c on and off and gear changing is not comfortable some times it is not easy and will not go to slot giving lot of sounds on roads.
Ride Quality & Handling Poor pick up at ups with vibrations sometimes on plain roads and with minor changes in road suface,you will get feeling of journey in a boat in on river(side swaying particularly at speeds greater than 60 kmph)giving fear and at times while going down the road with leg off accelerator.
Final Words Better do not expect much from this so called good car,it is only an average car

2014 model looks fresh, but height is too much and vision from driver seat is not that good.

All seats are comfortable, the plastic quality is bad, music system is not that gud, space you made end touching copassenger thigh everytime who shift to 1st-2nd gear

Engine performance for city handling is good, gear box shifts is not smooth you will end up frustrastrated in changing gear frequently. fuel economy is arnd 14-incity and 17 on highway(i really wonder how others get 18-10kmpl).Gear box - 1-2gears changing is notchy it will irritate much and 2nd gear pickup is not there frequent gear change is required a lot in city/highway take over.
Ride Quality & Handling
Ride is bumpy when cross 60kmph, on highway you can hear the engine mated sound, power is not there when required you need to change gear. long drive is not at all comfortable. not good for driving fun.
Final Words
There are other better car which might be 40-50k more than this but those are worth trying, i'm sure milage won't be there in those but at the end you will not regret atleast when you are driving(forgetting the fuel).The Maruti service is not at its best rest of the competitor have better technician than maruti.

1. changing the gear box.
2. including 4-cylndr engine(if not 1.2ltr, 1ltr with 4cylndr)
3. decrease the height and dashboard height, height adjustable seat for driver.
4. remove cheap china made audio system.
5. maruti service is becoming costiler and not good - may be too many customer to handle for them.
