Amazing car at an amazing price!

Let me begin by saying that I just bought a SX4(Zxi Variant) and am completely bowled over by this car. I took the final decision after extensively researching cars in this segment (as well as a few outside!)

I'll start with the exteriors. The first thing that you notice about the SX4, besides the stunning good looks, is its sheer size. This car is MUCH longer and wider than other cars in the C segment, its as long as the corolla and actually wider! This obviously makes it very spacious (largest boot, maximum leg space). The ground clearance is that of a standard SUV, which make the ominous potholes seem nonexistant and give the car an incredible height for a sedan. The huge alloy wheels and unique A pillar give the car a sporty, rugged look.

The interiors are both practical and luxurious (although the leather option with the Zxi variant is not worth the price), the highlight is the top of the line 6 speaker sound system, audio controls on the steering wheel is a thoughtful feature. The beige upholstry looks real classy though it demands some maintainence. Air conditioning is fabulous and the automatic climate control is something not usually offered in cars with this price tag. The sporty dials on the instrument panel are very convenient. The seats are large and very comfortable, the high seating and huge windscreen give the driver a clear view of the road and accentuate the feel of a large space.

The ride quality is nice and smooth although its not so good as the Verna, but definetly better than the rest. The wide tubeless tyres and electronic power steering, along with ABS and EBD ensure that the car handles extremely well, it has a really small turn radius and can easily navigate narrow streets and bylanes; which is quite remarkable keeping in mind its dimensions. Pickup is really good and one can tell that suzuki's brand new M series engine is a notch above the competition.

All in all, I can't believe I got this car for a little over 7 lacs! It has all the features that the Verna, City, Aveo and Fiesta don't offer. In fact, I'll be so bold as to say that this car can seriously tempt someone looking for a lower B segment car like the Corolla's base model.
