Exterior The car has average exeterior, average looks, There have not been very much scope due to length restrictions and half of the car is pre designed, so no complaints, after you get a decent amount of duty cut due to same.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors are fairly good, the beige and black combination looks good, better than the swift hatchback, nice plastic quality, also have decent features for this price tag, comfortable front seats, decent rear seat space, good thigh support on both the seats front & rear.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performs fairly well as far as diesel is concerned, there is a fair amount of torque at low RPMs, good fuel economy as far as disel motor, gear shifts are really smooth.
Ride Quality & Handling As far as ride quality is concerned it's good, braking not so impressive, rattles while braking at high speeds and while cornering. a bit of stablity concern, overall good ride & handling.
Final Words Nice package, overall value for money, moreover bcoz of brand image.
Areas of improvement May have done some good job on exteriors, never the less, the size restructions may be the reason of small boot.

Exterior is just nothing. Very basic shape. No attractiveness.old model is much better that this.
No need to pay this much of money to get this car. insteas can choose swift or i 20.
I am totally upset, as dont know that i will be getting this new flop version.

interior is good n comfort is there. Boot space is very less than the old model. Cutting shot of less that 4 meteres, they might not gone for this idea.
Old zen was good and hte new model flopped very much. same thing they are doing for this.

Exterior The exterior is rejuvenated and feels new, which was lost with the older model as the trunk seems to be a welded-portion on Swift. While this time, they have actually worked on the car design to make it more aligned.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Tons of changes..Specially the Upholstry(Beige one really lights up the car from Previous Black). Some buttons such as Power Windows do feel cheap plastic, but again Its Maruti.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Really amazed with the performance of the 4 Speed Old-styled Auto-gearbox but as this is the from Suzuki(Not Maruti).. Its performing really well with the Dzire Engine.
- Pickup from Standstill is very smooth and Upshifts are rarely noticable, but same cannot be said from Down-shfts.It takes 1 sec for car to notice the need of power and downshift the gear(So no immidiate pickup).
- Noice level are very low and if ur in Market and standing outside the car, you wont notice if its on. When sprinting, Rev meter goes till 5K before a gear shift happens...But thats sprinting. Driving slowly and car understands the milage concious owner and changes the gear at ~2K
-Fuel Economy.....Before 1s Service..Im getting 12Kmpl with some fun and AVG speed of 40Kmph and top speed of 80Kmph in Delhi City.
Ride Quality & Handling
- Ride Quality has been improvide over previous dezire, more stable while turning at high speed and lesser feel of bumps on lower speeds.
- Handles like a Charm
- Braking is ver confident and doesnt feel like its slipping thans to a Well behaved ABS.
Final Words Good car for those who can afford 7.5Lac for Maruti Dzire in Delhi. Very well done car for Automatic lovers. Dont expect a Chev Cruze performance, but its neither a Bullock-Cart. If mileage is no issue, press the throttle and it sure reply back...but in 1 or 2 sec.
Special Note for those Considering This car
(dont crib for AutoAC, Alloys, Steering mounted Controls.....Auto transmission will surely not let you down in City traffic)
Areas of improvement Better Gearbox with better pickup performance & less downshift timing. Pair of Airbags Atleast with Auto would be nice.

Exterior Well exteriors are not to catchy but when you'll start driving..you'll forget about the exteriors..u'll start enjoying the driving...coz handling of new dzire is great.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Features are ok not that good..specially the sterio i was expecting was not up to the mark...but if we talk to space and comfort..YES new swift dzire is spacious and comfortable..interior are just awesome!the beach colour and the wooden marks they hv given on the doors and on the upper side of the dash board is quite different and gives a better look..
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox When we come to drive..performance of the car depends totally on ur driving..how u drive? From my side performance is good..i drove 350 km m getting an average of 16.6kmpl..but hopefully it'll improve afetr my 1st service.. gearbox is very smooth..u don't need to put energy..overall awesome performance!!
Ride Quality & Handling Tallking abt the steering..very smooth and electric power steering..nd when car crosses the speed of 100km/hr..u'll feel like ur sitting in an aeroplane..in diesel there is a turbo charge..they actually raise up ur speed after 2000rpm on the same gear..nd more accelaration needed..
Final Words A very good car for family and may be exteriors are not too attractive but when u drive the car..u won't even think about exteriors..!
Areas of improvement You'll find difficult to reverse ur car..maruti should provide sensors and better strio quality in their VXI models...and power windows should be there in all the models..even in LXI..maruti can never give a strong competition to hyundai...coz in their basic model they have all those basic features..!

Reducing the boot space has done no good to Swift Dzire. cost is not reduced. It is no good than old swift dzire which is still value for money as we have one and experienced the comfort of old dzire. Only one thing which is good in New dzire is its ground clearance better than old one. also Plastic provided in the car in Dash boasd are good. Still price is high.
Shape of the car is not elegant and it looks as if the boot space has been compromised with no thinking in its design. Even Back seet leg room has been compromised. Maruti designer have gone wrong this time and it is also learnt that old dzire will be available in Taxi. What a thinking?
Maruti should retain the old version. People will opt for other car in the same category and Tatas are providing better car at good price.

we are facing problem while driving in the reverse gear as rear view is not clear and we need help for somebody or come out from the car to have a rear look personally and after that only we can do the reverse job only while in the earlier models like baleno / esteem rear view is fantastic and we can easily reverse the car without any help.
