Swift - Style statement - low Fuel efficiency & Low quality Interiors

I bought the Swift VXI in may 2008. This is my first car and realy very excited about my car. The car is excellent in all the aspects and very satisfactory. However two area where this does not meet my benchmarks are the 1. Low quality interior - very poor plastic used for dash board (gets scrached very easily) 2. Very low feul efficiency. I imformed that the feul efficient would improve once i cross 3000 km. I am just keeping my figures crossed and keeping a closed eye on the fuel efficiency and enjoying my first car.
