Settings to help your Swift's fuel economy

For all my friends out there who do not get a good economy out of their Swift: Keep in mind that the AC compressor is very powerful. Even in peak summer, you will not need to run it on full cooling.

In short adjust your AC termostat as follows (For Non Climate Control cars):

- Hot day: Horizontal

- Shady Day: 1 to 2 notches above horizontal

- Night: 2 to 4 notches above horizontal

I have driven this car 30000 kms doing the above and I typically get a city average of 12.6, A mix of city and highway average of 13.2 and a complete highway average of 14.5 Km/l
