Exterior Front & Side view is good, back side view is not good.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Bad interiors, Maruthi could make it beatiful.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox  Wagon-R & Estilo engine & platform is same , Fuel efficient :- city it gives 15KMPL, Gear & cluch operation is not smooth.

 

Ride Quality handle & Handling  Good.

 

Final Words If your budget is @4-5 lakh think for Zen,Wagon-R,i10,Swift(Petrol),Ford-Fig(Petrol), Santro etc...

Then think mileage : if range is above 18 just either Wagon-R or Zen Estilo, If shape suits opt Wgon-R or Zen Estilo, Still mileage is not a criteria think maintanance cost :- Ford, hundai can't compare with Maruthi, If your hight is more than 5'8'' , Please think leg space and comfort.

That is why I purchased New Zen Estilo. (Old estilo had some aero dynamic problem and unpleasant look but that problems are removed in new version). 15KMPL before first service.

 

Areas of improvement Interior design, A slight increse width in rear may give good look and ample space for rear seats. Maruthi is not promoting this product, so it seems a defective product from maruthi. This model should come with Duo model like wagon-R Duo.

Comfort, sufficient leg spaceBad interiors and fittings

I've been using Zen Estilo Lxi since last 1 year. I must say its a  VFM and overall a good car (except for the disappointment that its now discontinued). I've mostly used it within city and satisified with it. Have driven little bit on highways, however it feels shaky at higher speeds and doesn't feel like having a good control. Not sure if its true for other cars in the same segment or not. Gear shift,suspension and fuel economy are better than Wagon-R. There is sufficient leg and boot space. Had short listed Wagor-R, Spark and Estilo when evaluating other cars last year, however found Estilo better overall.

To summarize its a good family car for city ride and definitely VFM.

Recently all new Estilo is launched and have read good reviews about it. *My personal opinion* is that Estilo is overall better car than other cars in the same segment especially when comparing to A-star and i10. Basically it depends on personl requirements, liking and budget. To me its a best bet if one is looking for good space, right price and VFM.

I went Maruti dealers looking for my first family car and Maruti Autovista dealer brought many small cars. But we likes Estilo. Delivered in time as we were expecting our second kid. I really enjoyed my ride in my car, Looks as tall boy car makes easy in out from the car. Maruti services always awesome. Looking for upgrade my car to SUV.

 

Exterior Exelant extirior with comparison of its class car.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very good but some improovment in space to cut some dase smaller.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Exelant pick up and power.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Exelant but some prob with balancing at road.

 

Final Words Exelant value for mony and giving good amainities with budget i dont know but why customer going for wagon r or other car for this range its exelant reword of mony within good look and dasing power.

 

Areas of improvement Balancing problam at running on road solve it with giving some wide tyre and balancing formula of high divided by wait.but overall performance is exelant,with comparison wagon r,spark, indica and santro. I personaly exepiriance it. some space also needed in intiorior with doing small daseboard  My self Kashyap ray i am ones upon time a maruti emplyee and selling car on dealer point so i have expiriance to wtat is bettar.

Exterior Superb - The one verdict for which I purchased. I call it MINI INNOVA.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) I am heighted person, so this factor matters. I took test ride on many cars, and this one is most comfortable in mid-range. Yes, excellent luggage space too.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Fine. I am getting 13.5 kmpl. But this factor is expected to be more, as many other cars have. Otherwise, no extra maintenance is required. At least I have not went to any service center other than Maruti, that’s what all should do.

Final Words New Buyers, if uniqueness and style is your motto, just go for it. I am using since 2 years, and I have enjoyed trips with it, lot many times.

Areas of improvement Front part near head-lights, which is already modified, but not in my old model (2008). New colors can also be introduced to target more people.

Exterior Exterior are way  better than the older version of this car. Looks very beautiful. Build quality is also ok.

 

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interior plastic quality is not up to the mark. It badly needs improvements. The contorls are at good positions and hence driving comfort is there. Its very spacious. I'm 6 feet tall and face little problem while entering/sitting/coming out of the car. Inside it you really feel very roomy. Tall ball design helps a lot in giving this feeling.

Ride quality is however does not satisfy. People sitting behind in the rear seats feels bumpy ride. Driver and co-passenger are comfortable though.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine is butter smooth. You don't feel like you ahve cranked the engine even after it has started. Gives very good power. Have driven at around 100 kmph with AC on and no loss of power.

Fuel economy is also very good. Deliverd around 15 kmpl and this is before any service is done. Bound to improve after 2 services. Gear box though is hard. Rerverse gear has few problems. Needs improvement here.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Very good. Very easy handling and good visibility.

 

Final Words I would strongly recommend Estilo to any new buyer for it being value for money. Its great vehicle to start with. Under 4 lakhs buy an estilo. No second thoughts!! :).

 

Areas of improvement Needs improvements slightly in gear box and interiors. However, overall this vehicle gives immense satisfaction as an owner. With these two improvements it will make it a perfect economy hatch. :)

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) iI am 5'11 it's a very comfortable for me than 350000 to 400000 price version cars. if i talk obout features it's also good. bad interior in term of i10, santro.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Good fuel economy in city ride i am geting 15KM  . i just buy it for city riding. still there is a same problem in gearbox but it's little bit over come in a new version.

Final Words Overall if u r thinking about buying a car in price range 350000 to 400000 i think Estilo is best option.

 

Areas of improvement 2009 Lxi is good looking and a good fuel economy according to me area of improvement is interior and gear problem.

Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interis is also good except rear seats... seat height is very good as compared with Tata Indica.. but leg space is a bit crampy especially if there is a third person to accomodate... a very good space for 2 persons.

 

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine performance is very good.  Highway average is also good with ac on.  but it slightly lacks in power when ac is on and needs to zoom away on highways especially when overtaking.  Gearbox is the main concern.  Gear shifting is quite hard especially shifting from 2nd to 3rd or vice a versa.

 

Ride Quality & Handling Very good, very handy to drive, especially on city roads.

 

Final Words A very good family car for 4 persons.  Engine performance/mileage is very good.  Needs added features for the current cost apart from the current features.

 

Areas of improvement Dashboard qaulity, trim quality, gearbox functioning. Needs adjustable driver seat height as in Esteem, and tilt adjustment of steering wheel as in Tata's.
