PROMISES BELLIED

Buying experience: They do lot of sales talk. But nothing works.
Riding experience: Ok it is just not premium. Not smooth.
Details about looks, performance etc: 1) Mileage promised is not achievable despite tall talk of smart hybrid. All lies. 2) infotainment GPS chip we bought by paying Rs 10k. But it is a total disaster. We can't feed the address required. It has some default address which hardly covers most address in imprtant city like Chennai and south. It doesn't allow us to enter the address we need to go. 2) infotainment radio can't be controlled by remote. We were told we have to download an app in our mobile, but after we bought the car we were told there is no such app available. Absence of such a facility is premium segment car is a total disappointment, especially when we were told that facility is available.
Servicing and maintenance: Nexa service is okay. But since new car we are yet to experience going forward.
