I have purchased the Celerio Automatic car New in Pune from Mahalaxmi Automobiles the car was running fine till off after around 7500 Km it started jerking at lower speed especially when in heavy trafffic when and you are moving slowly , it seems that the engine is not able to pull with the AC on , have shown it to the dealer but they could not satifactorily resolve the issue so far maybe they are not testing the right way I sent the car to their workshop and they said its normal but i am sure its not how does noe confront when they keep denying there is a problem in the auto tramission .... I am bit upset , is anyone else facing a similar problem in the Automatic version of Celerio pls let me know where and how to resolve this problem as its very dejecting to drive when its jerking.

Final Words I recently bout this car and drove around 500 km till date. Driving this automatic. Car is very easy. Really -ABCD- AnyBody Can Drive. 😊 A new driver can enjoy the driving in traffic as well. Very very easy to drive, you will not get tired. This car has advantage in driving in City, Market area and traffic. Overall - I am very happy with this car.
Areas of improvement Milage (Fuel Economy ) is not as promised by Maruti Suzuki. It is just OK. If you are driving in traffic areas with AC (ON) you will get 11-12 KMPL averaage milage. High ways it will give you 15-16 kmpl.

Exterior Design looks good, body lines are perfect and hot, the back looks a bit let down, it would have been if added with a antenna at the back of the hood.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Cabin space is awesome, seating is comfor 2 in the front and 3 in the back, space for things is good, but made of not good quality plastic interiors.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I have done 2000 KMS till now, the best part of the car, trust me I own a vxi mt version a new driver, I am able to pull around 21 kmpl on highways, on top gear it is butter smooth, you drive it the way it is designed to pull the full juice of it, its a machine designed to deliver the milage, gear box is typical maruthi with bit of notch.
Ride Quality & Handling Better than the best.
Final Words Starting driving, start with the Celerio.

Exterior
Over all good looking car completely differs from the design of traditional Maruti cars which makes it special. This makes it feel its a better and refined product from Maruti. The vehicle may make a good buzz in this segment in the near future. Good thinking Maruti.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)
Great dual tone interiors !! making the car to feel bigger due to use of dual colour in the plastics. Car though is not a tall boy has a good height which makes it spacious and as compared to Wagon R. It has more width of nearly about 200mm which makes seating of three persons in the rear seat comfortable and easy. Great comfort by car at this price tag. The suspensions being not too steef and not too sensitive are relief giving.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox
Good pickup and best fuel economy I dont't think there would be any another car out there giving a fuel economy as Celerio. Car speeds up till 100kmph in 15 seconds although this parameter is only accountable to top end cars but Celerio at this price tag and specs is quite impressive. As the car is new the gearbox is little stiff. Expecting it would get smoother on more use.
Ride Quality & Handling
Very good ride quality the car is stable at high speeds on highways and is not fearsome as Wagon R. (Although Wagon R is only for city come and go ) Not being a tall boy as Wagon R the Celerio has its centre of gravity at a lower height from the ground which makes it a safer car at high speeds. Great stearing wheel.
Final Words
Best car and most probably would be the next super selling car by maruti. True value for money. Pride to own a brand new model of car.
Areas of improvement
Some set of accessories should come built in the car's Vxi Model and Zxi varient to be in Automatic. Waiting period for Automatic varient. Interior plastic quality.

CELERIO VXI, MAKING ABNORMAL /HAMMERING SOUND WHILE DRIVING Reg. No 015XXXX, Chassis No. 15XXXX I have purchased Celerio Car from AMAR Cars Pvt. Ltd. Gorwa Road, VADODARA (Gujarat) on 6th Nov.2014. At time of first service I informed the Supervisor about the abnormal, Hammering sound coming( by Tyres ) while driving. The Abnormal Hammering Sound / Noise coming from below the bottom of car (BY TYRES is unbearable and highly irritating. ONE CAN NOT TALK AND HEAR ANYTHING INSIDE THE CAR. After a few days I took the car again to the workshop. The car was still making noise. On 11th Feb I reported the problem again to the Ms.Kajal Customer care manager. As per her advise I again took the car to the workshop on 13 th Feb. They workshop technicians are not able to find the exact reason. Ms.Kajal told me that She will send complaint to Ahmedabad office and Mr.Sachin, Maruti Engineer will come to inspect car. No body visited from Ahmedabad. She has now told me make complaint directly to company. I am Sr.citizen (age 69 ). I spent more than Rs. 5 lacs on this car. I FEEL CHEATED. AMAR CARS HAVE NOT TAKEN ACTION SK BHALLA CEL 9998XXXXXX.

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox I have purcheased Celerio ZXI 4 MONTS BACK FROM SKY Automobiles. Fuel perfomance is very bad. it is below 15kms/ltr company is writing 25.5 kms/ltr that i have driving license from 1986 and using four wheelers maruthi alto for last 10 years. I konw how to save fuel during driving. but the managment is insulting me as a new commer. If you couldn't rectify the matter with in one week, I will take necessary steps for misleading me. You are to conqure the circumstances.
Final Words I was very good exprince with maruti other vechile which I have used but you are writting and advertising most fuel efficiency car but company pepole have misleaded me .Do something or change the vechile. Bought my celeio VXI/CNG manual in Oct 2014 and have done about 20k kms till now.
Exterior Not the best around definitely. but you kinda get used to living with it. I have started liking how I dont get bored of the way it looks. i get bored of some of the other flashy styling around pretty easily. Celerio's pretty hunble in this respect and i kinda like that now.
However, it's not exactly the best in terms of build quality and tends to register scratches and bumps quite easily. not the safest car around- something to keep in mind while buying
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) At the time of buying the car i did not really know well how different variants of celeio differ in feature list. the manual petrol version does not get a tachometer but the cng version does. It also has a fuel average calculator that you can use when driving on perol (not available while on cng) that also shows you how much instantaneous average you are achieving. pretty useful and fun to play with while driving. you can also configure the digital display near the speedometer to dim automatically when you switch on the headlights, which i particularly appreciate.
I had also bought a MGA package including a sony audio head with bluetooth, MGA front door speakers, remote central locking, and body colored handles and mirrors. I'm quite happy with the way it all comes together.
The driving seat. however, is not comfortable. at least for me. it's too thin for my comfort and is scooped in too much. I put a pillow on the seat to avoid backaches.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox The gearbox is light and zippy, no issues there. I like how it drives with cng- makes it more peppy at lower rpms. I DO NOT like driving the car on petrol in heavy traffic, it's just too much work and requires a lot of gear changes since it lacks power on low rpms. i do prefer driving on petrol when on the highway, much more fun.
I have driven the car from delhi to udaipur and back, also from delhi to multiple weekend trips around chandigarh. love the way it stays composed at tripple digit speeds. i usually drive around 100-120 kmph if i have the road stretch available and the car never complains.
also, you WILL be suprised by how much space there really is inside the car. I've had many instances where it has trumped other cars in terms of how easily it can fit 5 ppl.
Ride Quality & Handling The ride can be a bit stiff at times but at this price point i'm not going to complain about that. the handling is excellent. top points to maruti for that. great visibility (except the fat side bar) and a responsive steering. it can be pushed into corners fairly easiliy but i do have to keep a check on the body roll.
Final Words Great buy if you want an urban commuter with occasional highway trips. I would suggest the cng if you have it available in your city. you will easily discount the looks once you start using the car. I'm happy I decided to buy this car

I purchased a good looking pearl white maruti celerio lxi one month ago and am enjoing the car with my family friende and relatives.
The car is a blend of all good exterior looks. Its exterior will I think will attract the eyes of the next generation.
Interior Its interior is decent fuel efficiency meter is very good it tells you the present average while driving and the driver can improve his driving by knowing the proper combination of gear and speed, The car is as spaciouse as the space itself.
Seats are comfortable but I am not in the mood to appriciate the design of its front seats(Features, Space & Comfort).
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Its engine is noiseless pretty sweet sound at smooth speed good fuel economy but can tell much after two to three services , gear box is smart but not much smoth as i felt.
Ride Quality & Handling Good ride quality easy and comfortable to handle good breaks ....but i will coment after some longer use.
Final Words A good car for a caring owner.
