I have purchased manual gear transmission zxi abs version considering my driving requirement for highway and ghat roads for a jerkless drive.engine power is suffeceint at this size of vehicle. NVH level is very good even while ideling, braking is very good. I have a disc problem and I can tell you this car can take potholes, bad roads and bumps with ease at a driveable speed. the wheel base is same as grand i10 hence the rear seat comfort is as good as grand i10. Boot space is good at this size of car. Parking is easier because of its size in cities. The car is also good with low turning radius to drive in narrow lanes, colonies or sharp haipin bends. stairing is nice and precise. driving dyanamics is nice and stable. plastic quality is good as maruti wagon R, swift. 5 people can be seated as car is wider at 1600mm. Overall very good premium car its a compact car for those who want to drive regularly. Its a very good compact hatch not too small nor too big just right for every requirements.

After 2nd service of 5000 km, milage is still 13.5 kpl with AC on and empty boot.
Car bumbers/body are not very strong.
Shockers are very poor, specially front ones.
I got it in May 2015. My main reason to buy this over i10/Brio was the claimed milage of 24 kmpl which seeme to be Maruti's dream as I am not getting any closer milate to what they claimed.
Pathatic vehicle from Maruti which wasn't expected from India's best car seller.
Automatic gear shift is very slow and you can feel as if you are sitting in an manual transmission car.
Car will drive at 40 kmph speed in 2nd gear unless you remove yout foot from gas paddle to give it time to change gear. To me that is not automatic but still manual as I have to keep an eye on speed and gear to keep it running in right gear.
Maruti should not lie to is customer base as otherwise it will vanish in highly compititive market.

Exterior Although not very good looking, it has a decent exterior

Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox It shows around 15kmpl average in city traffic and over 20 when u drive on highways.
Ride Quality & Handling Very smooth and easy. I had learnt driving 12 years back and got a lisence, however never put it to use in practical life. This car made that possible for me. I had earlier planned to appoint a driver to get confidence on road, however after driving in internal roads for a week, didnt quite feel the need and started taking the car on road independently. now i am very comfortable driving it.
Final Words Absence of clutch and no necessity to use left leg feels like a wonder which i am still getting used to! hope this car continues to satisfy me in long run too!
Areas of improvement They should have launched Automatic version in the high end Zxi variant. we had to spend a lot on accessories in this. having steering controls for music would have been helpful. also back wipers should have been installed by default as the visibility becomes horrible on a heavy rainy night. More attention should have been given to such safety measures in all teh variants, especially back wipers, airbags etc.

Final Words Its a big nightmare for me, I am feeling like astonish. Maruti suzuki is a big cheater, they are giving fuel economy of 19Km/L in city, while I am not getting mileage of 10Km/L. A huge vibrations, 8 Km/L average in city on a.c, How can they justify too low mileage inside city with a 1000cc car. Guys, dont buy this car ever otherwise you will also feel like me. I have purchased this car in July, I have covered only 1600Km and already filled petrol of more that Rs.12000. Half of the distance is covered on highway, still too much petrol consumed. I dont know how to manage my expense with this car... 😢 I will not suggest this car to anyone in future. Even my old Santro was giving more mileage in comparison to this car.

Pretty well designed. Front looks very good and gives a feel of a sedan. Back is slightly smaller due to the design but still looks good. Serves the purpose for a city car

Pretty Decent. I added Seat Covers even though the company fitted covers were pretty ok.

Butter smooth so far. Fuel economoy not determined yet as i have done only just over 100kms until now. Auto Gear Shift is a boon in the bumper-bumper city traffic

Drive quality is good and power steering is pretty well in command
Final Words
A perfect choice for a city car in this price tag. A very good option for lady drivers and old aged drivers who can forget the hassle of clutch and gear in the hefty traffic inside city. I bought this car for my wife's use but i have been using it since it was bought couple of days back. I will come back with another detailed review after couple of months of useage

Exterior The car looks awesome with the crome finish that i have bought from the showroom. fog lamp is a must but why dnt maruti provide it default.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) The interior is cool. but lack of thigh support and the driver height adjustability should be default, rear ac vent could also be provided.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Except reverse gear, its smooth. one should remember dat if the car is in D mode the car moves as soon as you move your leg from brake. So I had a minor accident on the first day. 1 day is eneough to get familiar.
I have driven 260 still now the mileage it shows 30kmpl if its on 4th or 5th gear. but on an avg i think its abv 14.5kmpl.
Ride Quality & Handling Mind blowing.
Final Words The car is 5/ 5 but some time it feels that the interior could be much more better compared to the hyundai cars.
Areas of improvement Interiors could be much more better. Maruti should start rolling out automatic zxi version.

I am enjoying it and suggest for any small family of four. I have drive long and mountain roads. It is very good car. I would suggest buying only high end car. It cones with most of things. I would suggest buying this car any looking around 6 lakhs rupees. My car is not auto gear. I am using almost 6 months. Still love it. Maruti service is very cheap.

Back design and more power. But generally fine for office and small family. If persons are little heavy I won't suggest this car.

Just bought a Celerio VXI and after diving the car for about 60 km, I am more than happy.
Looks: Good looking car.
Interior: Impressed with the boot space and the fact that the 60-40 seats at the back can be folded down for extra space. Enough leg room. With high seating posture back seating is also not cramped for three. What is unfortunate is that there is no audio system... not even a basic radio ! This means you have to spend extra money to get it installed. The higher model ZXI comes with audio and steering monted controls but does have the auto gears !
Performance: Steering is as sommoth as it could be. Absolutely effortless turns. All you need is one finger to turn. The gear stick is also smooth as knife-on-butter. In Auto mode, the pickup is good enough to have a smooth relaxed drive but I found it more interesting to drive in the Manual mode. In the Manual mode, with no clutch, all it requires is a small tap on the gear stick. From first gear to top gear, you keep tapping as per your need and the car zooms. (excellent pckup) Best part is that as your car slows, you dont have to manually down-shift. The gear changes down automatically... unless you want extra power to climb. This makes the drive so easy. Tap-Tap from gear 1 to gear 5 and the car does it backwards as you slow. Beautiful.

Exterior Looks are fantastic from front, but rear could have been little better. From a distance it looks very light.
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Very much comfortable and lots of space even the boot space. Much more than Swift/Wagon R/Datsun/Etios etc. Boot space is much more than Wagon R, you can keep lots of grocery, many suitcases. Front view is good, rear view mirror gives complete back picture.
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Engine seems bit week as per 1k cc engine. Fuel eco is excellent. Gear box could have been little bit smooth. Esp in 1st gear and reverse gear. Car shakes above 90. Thats a concern and after 3 services nobody has been able to locate it. Even after alignment.
Ride Quality & Handling Easy on the road, easy on the traffic. Could have been made little heavy as per the price and segment.
Final Words Go for it. good family car in this range.
Areas of improvement Strong body, more robust in terms of speeding and manuvering.
