Nexa store and it’s representatives are class apart and it’s so hassle-free to buy such an amazing make from Suzuki. Ride quality of Baleno is just so good, although stability on highways due to its light weight is average yet it’s a high performance car with stylish interiors and exteriors. I’m too new to get to the points to experience the servicing yet but hopefully it will be good too. Something that I feel Suzuki could really improve in Baleno are: 1. Steering is little stiff ; compared to dzire. 2. It’s rear suspension is quite poor and needs improvement. 3. Driver arm rest is not placed adequately to be used for relaxing your hand to be relaxed. I like it. Baleno body weight is very low.. It's some high max 120kg plus for the next model. & his suspension very light... Service cost is as normal price around 4000-5000. Its an overall package in this range and the best in clas. However, after 3 months I am observing a lag in the engine...The car was lagging in its 2nd gear during the time of overtaking.
