Hello there,
My family had bought this car in feb last year (2018) from a Nexa Outlet in Delhi. As claimed, Nexa do provide the experience and that feel good factor. There personnel are informative and can be relied upon for timely delivery (after booking).
My Baleno is petrol delta version, Engine is very refined. No vibrations in idle condition. Gear shift is smooth and power band is also fine. Despite petrol engine, pull in mid gear is commendable. Stable in three digits but pushing further and it gets bit nervous. I usually not get in that speed. Suspension is stiff which is great for highway but in city, i found it a bit bumpy. Seats are comfortable and interior space is more than sufficient.
Looks was one key point for us in choosing between baleno and i20. We bought Ray Blue color which is striking. In my opinion, baleno resembles a bit like snake ;) looks sporty. The rear spoiler (standard across variants) further adds to its aesthetics. Design comes with added benefit of better control as the centre of mass is low so feel more sticked to ground while driving and during turns.
I don't find servicing to be as good. There is no saperate service centre in my area as of now and maruti service centre is below par. Baleno's maintenance is digestible as other maruti cars.
I conclude this with PROS being,
ABS and EBD with 2 airbags in my economic model too (Standard)
Music system is good
Great Looks
Refined engine and transmission
Relatively great mileage
Feels premium inside
But CONS are,
No Saperate Service Centres (saperate bays are there in maruti service centre but of no use)
Suspension can be bit soft (for my liking)
