Not at all happy for my family's comfort on passenger's seat

Have bought Maruti Baleno Petrol Sigma(MH03 XX XXXX) in the month of May 2016. I along with my 2 brothers have been experiencing Jumping Issue(Wobbly-Suspension Issue) even on minor pot holes and patches since last 5-6 moths and it feels like I'm driving some Goods-Carrier Vehicle and we get no comfort at all. Have complained about it several times (also have sent a mail about this to Nexa experience) but they manage to get away all the time stating some or the other weird reasons like Tyre Pressure must be more than normal etc. However I now want you to escalate this issue to their Head Office in Delhi and I Hope it turns out to be in my favor. Also.

Have been driving Maruti Swift since last 8 years and never had such an issue with Swift.😢.. What do I say more would have been better to buy an Omni Van or some Tractor really for that level of comfort Baleno gives.
