Maruti took TOO LONG to repair my BALeno

1. Buying Experience : Booking & test driving was a good experience, we driven the test car 3 times (once my dad & i did it twice).But yes at test drive the Sales Relationship Manager of the dealership told me that i can install the top end projector headlamps in delta variants & other things like door handles , etc. But when the car got delivered,it told me YOU CAN GET HEADLAMPS FROM AFTER MARKET ONLY & with that its been more than 3 years since i am waiting for Chrome door handles. So please make it very clear that what you will exectly get in the car from the company (be it an OEM part or an accessory) . _____ 2. Maintaince : the quality of outer shield of the car is poor than my old maruti 800 as it gets dents very easily & when it comes to repairing it, it is expensive . Also being the best selling car of the segment & ofcourse it has advantage of being a maruti . But whenever we sent the car for a major repair the dealer always return it too later than the comitted time. I remember when we gave it to repair for first time , they gave us a week's time for repair & when my father went there to get the car , The car was actually parked untouched at the body shop of the workshop. SO BE AWARE THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE GOOD QUANTITY OF SERVICE CENTRES BUT THE QUALITY MIGHT BE COMPROMISED. AND LASTLY IT IS NOT THE SAFEST CAR OF MARUTI , VITARA IS STILL BETTER. SO THATS WHY GAVE IT ONLY 2 STARS BECAUSE IT IS NOT SAFE AS ALT..Z
