I bought the Baleno Delta 1.2 variant in Aug 2018 from Mysore NEXA show room. I am riding this car since from a year. Delivering my car ceremony was excellent. The riding is very cool and comfort of the car is excellent. The look of this car is so good when compare to other cars.
Servicing of car may varies from one service centre to other. Mandya service centre is not so good not bad.
I strongly suggest the customer to go for this car but do not buy the NEXA card. I have about points equivalent to Rs. 5000/- in my NRXA card. When I go to Maruti showroom/ service Centre to redeem the NEXA points, the guys there used to tell about it’s not possible now to redeem the point because of some reasons. When I call to customer service Centre, there is no proper response from them.
