I bought xuv500 on 5th oct 2013.on 10th oct blower of aircondition was making noise.when informed to relationship manager he stated that he is in muzaffarpur and can do nothing.on contacting service centre of kiran automobiles patna they told that they have no staff and only after 15th they can do anything.on 15th they told that since service centre has no expert available today bring the vehicle on 16th.again on 16th they told to bring on 17th. on 17th when we visited service centre they asked us that blower is damaged and it may require replacement.they asked us to leave the vehicle and they will deliver it on 19th .see what happens on 19th.Hoping for the best.But now i have no faith on either company nor dealer/service centre.even customer care 18002096006 did not heped except that sending sms that my complt has been noted and gave ref no.I contacted customer care twice on 14th oct and 16th oct.
Final Words ---please,please ,please do not purchase mahendra vehicle.And if still want to buy at least do not take it from kiran automobiles patna.
Areas of improvement ----positive response from customer care and service centre.
nothingbad after sale service.
