Areas of improvement Mahindras should definetly upgrade the service centers, particularly their approach and mindset towards customers. I have been using scarpio vlx past three years, the vehicle is very good except some noisy interior. the service center in chennai looted my beatifull vinayagar brass idol from the dash board and service head was only able to appologies for the theft but they were not able to identify the culprit inside the service center nor replace a new idol for me.
Service centers of toota or even hyundai are very modern. untill my scorpio was under warrantee period the bill used to be very normal, but immediately after the expiry of the warrantee the service bill costing me rs 10000 or rs 20000.
