I do not suggest petrol imt sonet version

We purchased the kia sonet imt petrol version in 2020 with lot of hopes and happiness, everything was going good. After an year vehicle started troubling us mid way. We had been to goa vehicle stepped midway We called road assistance and towed the vehicle away to service centre and we were informed of part failure and left vehicle at goa and came back to bangalore. They didn't have part available and took almost 10 days to repair. We went back to goa and collected vehicle couple of weeks later. Again an year after when we are travelling from home to bangalore vehicle stopped on the mid of the highway, road assistance towed the vehicle to service centre and now part is not available and they say clutch plate wear. There is no safety as vehicle stops midway, we may call it zero safety. For towing we paid 4k and in goa we spent money for staying, travelling and all. I do not suggest petrol imt sonet. Now I am seeking replacement or refund as my car is brand new 3 years old and kia india just diverting my concern to service centre personnel.
