Verna a amazing car with poor service center

I bought verna 1.4 VTVT two years ago at Jamshedpur, I never made any research for other cars as it was my desire and faith on Hyundai, previously I had owned two Maruti vehicles which never disspointed me but I never decided for Ciaz so bought Verna. This vehicle is quite good in pick up, air conditioning, smooth gear and good cabin space for five person. I drove it to max speed of 120 kmph amd found excellent. It had no music system but got four speakers fixed so investing 25k I got sony LCD display with park pro, rear parking camera and four sensors fixed which completed the car.It is giving a mileage of 11-12 kmpl in city. So whatever is given by Hyundai before sale is good but after sale their is no control on service center and no complaint is handled by any executive, only computerised messege is send and no one from Hyundai talks, even atfer logging call they frequently send messege you must be enjoying our service which is very embrassing. So this is a big negative point and may be a big deciding factor to choose a car to buy.
