Two days back, I was at Dhoot Hyundai, Adalat Road, Aurangabad with a booking amount of Rs. 100001/- for Hyundai Verna. And found very unpleasant sales experience of my life from your General Manager, Mr. Vikas.
Such kind of behavior is unpardonable. And sales manager convinced me in a way to never go for a shopping of a car in the future, specially with Dhoot Hyundai, Aurangabad. I felt it will be right to let you know about this that how potential customers are treated with pathetic service and talk though poor salesman ship at Hyundai showroom, Customers come at showroom for a brand “Hyundai” atleast dealer should keep a value of that!!!
It will be much better that Sales Manager should undergo training of Salesmanship and should understand how to talk in polite way with customers and understand their need. Today dealer lost a deal of mine, tomorrow surely the run out of buisness if the name Hundai is not attached.
