My car, purchased on 24/2/2017, has a very very weak horn, no central locking alarm & inspite of numerous requests to the MD, CEO, Sales, Service & Dealer of Hyundai, they are not caring to listen & attend. They have stopped even to respond. The Car is inferior to the lower range I-10 Magna in features e.g. No Tilt steering, no rear screen wiper, no better driving pleasure. If given a chance I would never wish to have it & get rid off at the earliest. There are much better options available from other manufacturers but to my unfortunate I took Grand I-10.
Final Words: With this high handed attitude of Hyundai, I would never go for any Hyundai again in future and would try my best so that no one in my department, acquintance purchase a Hyundai. The Car is NOT at all suitable to Indian condition.
Areas of improvement Hyundai needs a big improve in Customer Care, adaptation to Indian Condition.
Good looks, Renouned Brand,Inferior to I-10, Very poor horn, No central locking alarm, Very Bad Customer Care.
